Rev. Fr. Joseph Aseyire Tabase - Chairman

Rev. Fr. Joseph Aseyire Tabase is a Catholic Priest of the Catholic Diocese of Navrongo-Bolgatanga. He is currently the Diocesan Financial Administrator of the Diocese as well as occupying other various positions in the Diocese especially on finance and accounting. Currently, he is a Director of Naara Rural Bank PLC representing the Diocese since 2020 and the Chairman of the Board of Directors since March 2021.

He holds a Master of Research in Business Administration (Management Option) from GIMPA-Ghana, a Bachelor of Arts in Sacred Theology from the Pontifical Urban University - Rome, a Bachelor of Arts in Study of Religions with Sociology from the University of Ghana, Professional Teacher’s Certificate A from Mount Mary Training College, Somanya-Ghana and other short courses from various institutions and fields of study.

Rev. Fr. Tabase is trained in financial management and accounting leading in the restructuring of the Naara Rural Bank PLC, Paga. He is also the Vice-President of the Upper East Chapter of the Association of Rural Banks. He serves as a Board member in a number of other organizations in Ghana.

He is fluent in English, French and Hausa Languages as well as in Gurune, Kasem, Kusaal and Twi Local Languages.
